Who we are
Prolistly is a product of Made by Wacho, a sole proprietorship run by Wacho in Quito, Ecuador. "We", "us" and "our" mean that business. "You" means anyone using this site or listed on it.
What this site is
A directory of emergency plumbers in the Houston metro. We collect businesses from public sources, and we mark one Verified only when its name, phone and address match on two of them. A listing is free and stays free.
We are not a emergency plumber, we do no plumbing work, and we are not party to any job you agree with a business listed here. Check a licence yourself before you hire.
If you are listed here
- Your listing is built from public business information. It costs nothing and we never invoice you for it.
- You can claim it, correct it, or ask us to remove it. Email us or use the claim form. We act within 7 days.
- Quote requests are forwarded to you exactly as the sender wrote them. We do not check them and we do not promise any of them becomes a customer.
- We may stop listing a business at any time, for example when a source turns out to be a lead reseller rather than a real company.
Paid listings
Nothing on this site is for sale today. There is no checkout. The paid tiers below are what we intend to offer, written here so the terms exist before the money does.
- A paid listing at $49 a month adds photos and a longer description. It does not change where a business ranks inside a city.
- One featured spot per city page at $199 a month, always labelled Featured.
- A subscription renews each period until cancelled. Cancel at any time and access runs to the end of the paid period.
- We give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price rise.
How payment will work
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle takes the payment, sends the invoice and handles sales tax for your country. Buying also means accepting Paddle's buyer terms. See our refund policy.
Fair use
Do not scrape this site wholesale, resell the listings, use the quote form to advertise, or send anything unlawful through it. We block and remove where we find it.
Limits
The site is provided as it is. We check listings carefully and still cannot promise every detail is current, because businesses move and change numbers. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador. Consumer rights in your own country are not affected.
